As a tax and corporate attorney, Tae serves a wide range of clients operating in technology, surety, private wealth, international business, real estate, structured finance, and other sectors.

Tae's tax practice includes tax planning for foreign and domestic clients, transactional tax matters, corporate tax matters, partnership tax matters, tax controversy, international tax compliance and reporting, tax exempt organizations, estate planning, and deferred compensation matters.

Tae assists clients in corporate and legal matters such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, formations, liquidations, and finance matters. As a former small business owner, Tae has firsthand experience with all aspects and stages of business operations from formation to exit planning.

Tae has successfully represented clients against the IRS in audits and examinations and has assisted numerous clients with IRS compliance matters.

Tae is a U.S. Army Ranger and infantry officer in the Florida National Guard. Tae has deployed to Afghanistan as a combat advisor in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and has served the citizens of the State of Florida numerous times during hurricanes. Tae is a Bronze Star Medal recipient for his actions during Operation Enduring Freedom.
