Tae Shin graduated from University of Florida College of Law with honors and also received a master of laws in tax law (LL.M. Tax) from the University of Florida College of Law. Tae represents a broad range of clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals to multi-national companies who rely on Tae’s experience and insight.

Tae served in the United States Army and Florida Army National Guard as an infantry officer for over 20 years. Tae successfully completed U.S. Army Ranger School, one of the most difficult military training courses in the world. Tae deployed to Afghanistan in 2005 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, where Tae served as a tactical advisor to the Afghan National Army and received a Bronze Star for his actions in combat. Tae retired from the Florida Army National Guard as the executive officer of an infantry battalion at the rank of Major.
